Returns Policy

All items can be returned and issued with a refund, provided they arrive at our address within 14 days after receiving the order for the UK, and 21 days for international orders. Items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs if applicable.

After the 14 day trial period, we do not accept returns based on size. We put the size and fit on each of our items so we will not accept any returns on this basis. 

 

All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Your name and order number must be included in the parcel. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender at their cost.

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way. We do not cover the costs of returns, we ship worldwide for free so it is sadly not possible for us to cover return costs, that is the responsibility of the customer.
