Returns/Exchanges

All items can be returned and issued with a refund provided a request is submitted within 14 days of receipt of your package(s). Items sent back after that period will not be eligible for a refund and there will be a charge for returning the goods to the sender. Please note we can only refund the original cost of the item, not any postage costs if applicable.

IMPORTANT: ONCE YOUR RETURN IS APPROVED WITH A SHIPPING LABEL/CODE PROVIDED, THERE IS 15 DAYS FOR THIS TO DELIVER TO THE ADDRESS. We recommend you send it as soon as you can after you receive the label to guarantee this. If it is not received, the return will be rejected.

 All items will be inspected upon return. They must be unused and in the same condition as you received them. Your name and order number must be included in the parcel. Any goods returned to us in an unsuitable condition will not be eligible for a refund and will be returned to sender at their cost.

We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as we are not responsible for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Please ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way. 

 

Please Note: All Custom AF1 and Nike Sock orders are non-refundable!
